Jodie trained at The National Design Academy in 2010, after a long career in property sales and lettings.

When recession hit the property industry, Jodie decided to pursue her love of all things crafty. Having always been happiest playing with her sewing machine, this is a decision she has never looked back on.



Since gaining her professional qualifications, Jodie has built a wealth of knowledge through her employment at two of London's well established soft furnishing companies. Through this work, clients included: The Ritz Hotel, The Royal Albert Hall, The American Embassy, The Dorchester Hotel and numerous private hospitals on Harley Street.



Over the last three years, Jodie has also been building a solid reputation and portfolio through her many private clients. Work has included period properties, farmhouse conversions and new builds, for both private and commercial premises. 

Seams Sew is a bespoke curtains and soft furnishings business based in South East London, with a passion to deliver perfectly handcrafted products, including curtains, blinds, cushions, pelmets and more. We cover the whole of London, although other locations are considered. We currently have clients as far afield as Kent, Surrey and Buckinghamshire. ​



Quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service are paramount to us. We will visit your home to assess and measure, providing you with a no obligation quotation. If you're not sure what you're looking for and need some guidance, we can offer design ideas along with access to the leading fabric companies and designers. We will personally deliver and hang your soft furnishings and we can also provide a professional fitter to install your tracks and poles, if required.



In addition to our soft furnishing services, we can be found at craft fairs across London and Kent. Our handmade products include, home decorations, pinafore aprons, doorstops, peg bags, tea cosies, pin cushions and bunting.
